RCA emphasizes that no further nominations will be accepted after this date. these nominations will be included in the Notice of the Annual Meeting and featured on ballot forms for the online election. Voting for the 2025 RCA Annual Meeting will be conducted electronically.Members in Good Standing as of August 28, 2025, will be eligible to cast their votes online, with no proxy voting permitted. The secure online voting system will open on August 29, 2025, and close at 12 noon PDT on September 17, 2025. Results will be announced during the RCA Annual Meeting on September 18, 2025.

Moreover, they cannot be President of a Provincial Rowing association (though they may stand for election as a director of CARA, requiring immediate resignation from the provincial position if elected), and must not be under inquiry or subject to suspension by CARA or any other relevant sporting organization at the time of the election.
