Razer introduces BlackWidow V3 keyboards with enhanced switches – Computer – News

Razer has released new versions of its BlackWidow keyboard. The BlackWidow V3 and BlackWidow V3 Tenkeyless have improved switches and brighter RGB LEDs, according to the manufacturer. Razer previously introduced a wireless variant of the BlackWidow V3.

Of BlackWidow V3 in BlackWidow V3 Tenkeyless both come with green tactile or Razer yellow linear switches. The company states that these switches have been improved over the ones in the BlackWidow V2. This would make the switches more stable. The linear variants are also supplied with silencers from the factory. The RGB LEDs in the BlackWidow V3 would also be brighter than before. Furthermore, the keyboard has doubleshot keycaps made of abs plastic.

The V3 keyboard comes standard with a palm rest and is equipped with a kind of scroll wheel with which, for example, the volume or screen brightness can be adjusted. In the Tenkeyless variant, the scroll wheel and wrist rest are missing. The company reports that the regular V3 costs 150 euros and will be available in pink and black variants. The Tenkeyless version has a suggested retail price of 110 euros and is only available in black.

Razer already released one in September BlackWidow V3 Pro from. That keyboard has many similarities with these ‘regular’ V3 variants, but also works wirelessly. This Pro variant also has separate media keys. That version costs 250 euros.
