The change of stadium, a step to professionalize the club
The team played last season at Barnés, located in Murcia. An artificial turf field that in the Preferente has suited the entity like a glove, but that in the coming campaign they have decided to change for infrastructure and facilities. The club have recognized that the use of La Condomina is unfeasible and that sharing the stadium with UCAM Murcia CF is not an option, at least at present, so they decided to get down to work.
Pagniello already knew the field of Dolores de Pacheco and after some trial and error with some municipalities, the local headquarters of the team will finally be in the sports facilities of the Torre-Pacheco district. The pitch is made of natural grass, has stands and has its own press room, something that Racing Murcia considers essential to expand its brand in regional football.
