Auteuil reopens its doors. Quinté + this Monday with a handicap divided on the hedges (ref. +7 +9) of Listed Race level, over 3600 meters, for all horses from 5 years old and above. The terrain is announced heavy (4.6) by France Galop. Despite its 72-kilogram top-weight, the good CELTIOR (our photo) deserves a lot of credit.
1 CELTIOR : On September 3, on this course, it finished second in a Quinté + handicap at value 64. Monday, it will progress to 63. It ran twice in December, once in January and once in February. He will thus be in very good physical condition on heavy ground which will not hinder him and facing opposition in his ropes. It is in theory a first chance.
9 DEPORTETOI : Boarder of François Nicolle, he was ranked fifth in the September 3 quinté cited above. Since then, he has run two quintés over the hedges of Compiègne for a first accessit and a fourth place. It remains on a fourth place in the quinté of January 2 on the brooms of Pau. Brand new horse, it is still very perfectible. Watch out for him!
6 MYBOY : Easy winner of the Quinté + of November 3 on the hedges of Auteuil, on heavy ground, it was reassembled by 5 kilos on the scale of values. For Monday, he has the advantage of having run several times this winter. His shape is safe and he will be provided with Australian blinders, something that has not happened to him since 2016. This resident of Pierre Jean Denis Fertillet should play a leading role.
8 YELLOW FIELD : Second twice in Quinté + this fall on the hedges of Auteuil, it then found its day by winning in late November on very heavy ground. Regular and confirmed in handicaps of this kind, he seems able to distinguish himself as soon as he returns to competition.
2 POP ART DU BERLAIS : This 7 year old gelding, which throughout its career often ran with the best on the hedges, is now located in value 63. It thus participates in its first handicap under 72 kilos. His last three outings prove his form. With James Reveley as a jockey, you should be very wary of it.
12 BONAPARTE SIZING : Second of the quinté of November 16 on the hedges of Auteuil, in heavy ground, this resident of Jehan Bertran de Balanda has proven its competitiveness in this kind of events. He comes in but depends on a good workout. Object of favorable noises, it is possible for a good classification.
4 BEST SHOLO : Winner then third in Quinté + last fall, this 5-year-old gelding has the necessary quality to shine in the big handicaps this year. As soon as he returns, he should be followed closely. Good outsider.
5 YAYAJONH : Seventh of the Quinté + of January 24 at Pau and winner of that of December 18, still at Pont Long, this 5-year-old gelding has no more room for weight. But he can take advantage of his form to grab a small place, especially since he has already shone at Auteuil.

DEPORTETOI deserves it!
It’s back to school at Auteuil this Monday, with an already interesting program and operations that will start with the Prix Beugnot, a big handicap on the hedges that can be described as classic, disputed over 3,600 meters and of course support of our Ze5-Event of the day!
Between re-entering Cagnois, re-entering Palois, and re-entering simply, the scientific mixture will have to be done, and we will go towards Déportetoi who has demonstrated his ability in this category since the end of the year, and as the Nicolle team has returned in great shape since the return to the Paris region, we will trust him to win this event.
The opposition will be serious, however, led by the versatile Saint Corneille, still excellent in Pau this winter and who returns to the Butte Mortemart with ambitions, as well as the ghost Yellow field, which deserved to find its day this fall and must be sharpened to do well right away, especially in case of deep ground.
Bonaparte Sizing made a promise to us that he would win an event of this kind last year, and he will be followed very closely as soon as he returns this Monday, coming in very good rank with Best Sholo which has steadily gained momentum this fall and could reach a new milestone during the season, and Yayajonh who has had less margin since winning his Ze5-Event in Pau but remains competitive for places.
Saint Anjou find Auteuil with the means to do well after having disappointed a little in Cagnes, but he has recovered his freshness and will complete our selection with Berlais Pop Art who finds a situation with the weight allowing him to align himself in the big handicaps with a chance. The versatile Celtior wears a mountain of lead but does not leave beaten in advance and will be a regret.
