Scandal has overshadowed her anniversary as she was forced to strip the apple of her eye, Prince Andrew, 61, of his royal and military titles. And now grandson Harry (37) also threatens to sue the British government. Fortunately, she can count on… that same Prince Andrew. “Ironically enough, he remains her mainstay,” said royalty watcher Mario Danneels.
