Queen Máxima shares a selfie of her and Mambo to promote walking

On the most depressing day of the year, Blue Monday, Queen Máxima is out for a walk with her dog Mambo. And she does that for good reason, she writes: “Exercise is good for your physical, but also for your mental health, especially if you can do it outside.”

With a selfie on Instagram, Máxima promotes the importance of exercise. “Today, on Blue Monday, I’m going for a long walk. You too?”
