According to him, on behalf of Putin, a meeting was held in occupied Lugansk with the participation of the leaders of the “LDNR” Leonid Pasechnik and Denis Pushilin, Russian Prosecutor General Igor Krasnov, head of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin, FSB director Alexander Bortnikov, Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev and Donbas curator Sergey Kiriyenko.
Medvedev noted that “harmonization of legislation” with the occupied regions of Donetsk and Lugansk regions was discussed, as well as the alleged restoration of infrastructure, repair of hospitals and social support.
