Russian President Vladimir Putin commented on the words of the leaders of the G7 countries, who on the eve of the summit ridiculed the dictator for a photo with a naked torso on horseback.

Putin said he didn’t know how the G7 leaders “wanted to get naked” at the summit, but thought it would be a disgusting sight.

The head of the Kremlin said this when answering journalists’ questions after the Caspian summit on June 29, Russian media write.

“I don’t know how they wanted to undress – to the waist or below the waist. I think it would have been a disgusting sight in any case,” the Russian president said.

Recall that at the G7 summit on June 26 Western leaders remembered the photo of Putin with a naked torso, where he poses on horseback. The G7 members ironically said that in order to show off their “toughness”, they also needed to take pictures without outerwear.

Shortly thereafter, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said that Putin is an example of toxic masculinity, and if the Russian Federation was headed by a woman, there would be no war.
