The head of the Kremlin believes that the “main problems” of the regions of the Russian Federation, in addition to low incomes, are also the alcoholization of the local population.
The head of the Kremlin, Vladimir Putin, instructed the acting governor of the Kirov region to solve the problem of the alcoholization of Russians in settlements founded at a city-forming enterprise in order to provide production with labor resources – the so-called single-industry towns. He stated this on Tuesday, August 9, during a video meeting with the head of the region, according to the Russian propaganda news agency TASS.
“From low incomes of citizens, from situations associated with these single-industry towns, and another problem is the high level of alcoholization of the population. There is no need to stuff anything somewhere under the carpet, varnish anything, we need to deal with the most acute problems,” the head of the ruling regime of the Russian Federation believes .
Recall that earlier Putin said that The Russian Federation allegedly has not yet “seriously started” the war against Ukraine. He also once again accused the so-called collective West of unleashing a war in Ukraine and said that he “already lost the fight.”
