According to experts, the crisis in the European gas industry, which has exacerbated this fall, is caused, in particular, by the low occupancy of gas storage facilities. As of mid-October, European underground gas storage facilities are 71% full of the volume of gas raised from them last season.
Meanwhile Russia filled its gas storages by 97%… In Russia, it is planned to enter 100% gas injection into storage facilities by November 1. The process continues despite the beginning of the heating season.
