President of Russia Vladimir Putin announced the existence of “red lines” for Ukraine, which he considers the receipt of modern types of weapons by Kiev. The Russian leader said this at the Russia Calling forum, which is broadcast on November 30 by state news agencies and TV channels.
“Where are those red lines? First of all, the creation of threats for us, which may come from this territory. If everything continues to expand in this infrastructure, then I have already publicly said: if strike complexes appear on the territory of Ukraine, the flight time to Moscow will be 7-10 minutes, and if hypersonic weapons are deployed, 5 minutes … But what should we do? Then we will have to create something similar in relation to those who threaten us so, ”Putin asserts.
He recalled that Russia already has hypersonic missiles in service.
NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg November 26 at a press conference in Brussels issued a warning to Moscow. Addressing the Russian authorities, Stoltenberg again accused Russia of pulling troops and armored vehicles into the region near Ukraine’s borders.
