TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – PUBG: New State released earlier this month and now game developer Krafton has announced that many fixes are coming in the next update. The update includes fixes to game controls, lag issues, and several other optimizations.
“We apologize for the inconvenience and a hotfix update will be rolling out this week,” reads the announcement Krafton through his official Twitter account, on Wednesday, November 17, 2021.
PUBG: New State launches on November 11 for Android and iOS devices in 200 countries. Since then, several users have reported bugs and issues in game it after downloading it.
Some users also reported bricking issues after the game asked them to log in as guests or use social media accounts. It is not yet clear whether this issue will be resolved or not.
“Updates prioritize on game control, lag and optimization. The rollout of the update will be gradual,” said Krafton.
Another problem in the game was reported by one of the sources named Mukul Sharma who said that his device running Android 12 would not boot after installing PUBG: New State.
Responding to this, Krafton explained that it has carried out tests for devices with similar specifications to the Samsung Galaxy S7 (or devices with 2 GB of RAM) and confirmed smooth gaming functionality.
