KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. PT Waskita Karya Tbk (WSKT) continues to work on completing commitments to build toll roads with a length of more than 1,300 kilometers (km). The state-owned company has been transformed into a specialist contractor for connectivity infrastructure development in the last few years.
PT Waskita Karya Tbk President Director Destiawan Soewardjono said development began with the acquisition of the Pejagan-Pemalang toll road and the Bekasi-Cawang-Kampung Melayu toll road in 2014. “Waskita continues to improve national toll road connectivity, either as an investor or a contractor,” he said in his official statement, Thursday (13/8).
