In a statement, the District Command of the PSP of Viana do Castelo said that the “Aves Noturnas” operation consists of executing several search and home seizure warrants in commercial establishments and vehicles, as well as executing arrest warrants, all issued by the Judicial Court of the District of Viana do Castelo.
The police operation is taking place in several locations in the district of Viana do Castelo, namely Afife, Âncora, Vila Praia de Âncora, Viana do Castelo and Leça do Balio, in the municipality of Matosinhos, Porto district.
“Police actions are currently being carried out in the parishes of Areosa, Perre, Union of parishes in Santa Maria Maior, Monserrate and Meadela and Leça do Balio.
