We have been talking for some time now of the future of Mauro Icardi, former Argentine striker of Inter in force at PSG. According to “Gazzetta Dello Sport” there would be important news about its future, a future that would be far from the Eiffel Tower and Paris.
According to the newspaper, the Argentine it is no longer an immovable pawn. Icardi’s contract expires on 30 June 2024, with a net salary of 8 million euros, which represents an economic obstacle for many clubs and with a starting price (which would be falling) of 50 million.
For the moment there are no concrete offers from the various foreign championships while it would be the hypothesis of a return to Serie A is very concrete: in pole position Naples, Rome and Juve, on the other hand, the hypothesis of the Milanese should be excluded.
Just the bianconeri, as it is now known, would be among the most interested: the Turin club is considering the possibility to bring the former Nerazzurri into the Juventus Magati jersey in place of Alvaro Morata.
During the week, meanwhile, the Argentine himself explained that he is very well in Paris club.
“When I came on loan I did everything to make a difference and help the team with my goals. It was a good year. I was pleased that the club decided to use the redemption option of my card and that he offered me a four-year contract. For me it was an honor and a source of pride, as I said the day I arrived in Paris. I feel good here, in a great team that wins trophies. This is what a player is looking for ”.
