Prudential Opens Results of Complaint Investigation of 121 Customers: Someone Receives a Bigger Claim

TEMPO.CO, JakartaPrudential report the results of investigations and verification of complaints submitted by 121 customers and their former customers. Of these, 81 have closed their policies (surrender), 21 cops are inactive and 19 cops are active.

Then from 121 customers, there are 38 customers who have received insurance claim benefits. Where, five customers have received claim benefits with an amount greater than the premium paid.

“But they still filed a demand for return awards,” said Prudential’s Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, Luskito Hambali, in a written statement, Monday, January 17, 2022.

Luskito said hundreds of these customers belonged to a group led by Maria Tri Hartati. This group has recently voiced demands for a 100 percent premium return.

Not only contains Prudential customers, but also AXA Mandiri, and also AIA Financial. Thus, this group also voiced demands to the two companies other than Prudential.

Next out of 121 customers, Luskito said there were 24 customers insurance whose complaint has been resolved and has signed a settlement agreement. “But again, he filed a claim for a refund of the premium,” he said.

Then of the 121 customers who stated that they were represented by Maria Tri Hartati, Luskito said there were 35 customers who did not submit the original power of attorney to Prudential. The letter in question is a letter stating that he has submitted his complaint submission process to Maria Tri Hartati.
