“However, 16 people from this group of customers and/or former customers refused and insisted on surviving and occupying the Prudential office even though the time limit for operating our Customer Care Center operating hours had passed. This action certainly caused inconvenience because (i) customers and/or former customers These groups have carried out demonstrations without prior notification from the authorities, (ii) put up banners, and (iii) distributed photos and videos of actions carried out both inside and outside Prudential’s offices through social media and mass media,” he explained. .

Prudential has also asked for help from the authorities to make persuasive efforts so that the group is willing to leave the location. Considering that Prudential Tower has other tenants, this action disturbs the public interest.

Prudential explained that of the 16 customers and former customers, there were 13 customers who had previously filed a complaint with Prudential and three customers had never filed a complaint with Prudential.
