Little more than 200 inhabitants of the colonies Mexican thinker Y Rock of the Baths from the mayor of Venustiano Carranza, blocked the Inner Circuit Northbound to sue the authorities of the Capital Government, the lack of drinking water throughout the area.
Those affected say they have more than a week without water and despite their complaints and dialogues with the authorities, nobody has answered them and, they say, they don’t take them seriously either.
The protest rose in pitch, as the dissatisfied burned tires and cards that block the central and lateral lanes of the Inner Circuit and indicated that they will not be removed until their request is resolved.
The protest caused severe road chaos and the presence of elements of the Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC-CDMX) to expedite the traffic of affected motorists.
The Command, Control, Computing, Communications and Citizen Contact Center of the CDMX (C5) announced that the blockade is northbound at 182 North Street, Pensador Mexicano neighborhood, Gustavo A. Madero mayor’s office.
Through its Twitter account @ C5_CDMX, the agency recommended using Oceania and Eduardo Molina avenues as alternatives, as there is currently no report on the closure closure.
