Citizens gathered in front of the presidency for a protest under the slogan “We are Bulgaria, the EU and NATO! Radev is out. The protest is organized by the Initiative “Future with memory”.
“The actions of President Radev doom the future of my child and the future of my Bulgaria in a bad direction,” Petar Moskov commented to the media.
He said he wants to be a part of “the process that will remove this man from the power mechanisms that he is using and we can get back to the meaningful and good path that we were on.” According to Moscow, a Bulgarian president, a president of an EU member state cannot curtsey to a “satrap” regime.
I protest against the behavior of President Radev, who does not protect the interests of Bulgaria, but those of Russia, commented Daniela Stefanova for BTA. According to her, he should resign, along with the vice president.
