Qatar has restrictions on outdoor activities during hot weather. Afternoon break is mandatory from 10 am to 3 pm till September 15. The campaign aims to secure rights including: NHRC Chairperson Mariam bint Abdullah Al Atiyah said that according to the Qatari constitution, there is no difference in human rights between foreigner and native.

Careful interventions are needed to protect delivery service workers from heat exposure. The aim of the NHRC campaign is to sensitize employers and workers about the Midday Rest Act.
