Prosecutors Reveal TA Artist Dating Rates, It Turns Out Like This!

Cases of online prostitution involving artis TA ended up in court. It was also revealed that the artist’s rate was while on a date with a masher.

The TA tariff is stated in the Bandung District Court (PN) decision document which was uploaded on the website of the Supreme Court (MA). As seen detik.com, TA rates for dating are divided into two categories.

The trial was chaired by presiding judge Wasdi Permana and two member judges, Toga Napitupulu and Sontan Merauke.

In this case, four defendants were tried. They are AH alias Nookie, RJ alias Meauw, MR alias Alona and VD alias Jennifer. AH and RJ act as uploaders of artist photos on a website. Meanwhile, MR and VD play a role in finding women for mashers.

In this case, TA is advertised by AH and RJ through the ‘rose star’ website. Both get photos or TA from MR and VD.

In addition to TA artists, it was stated that this gang also offered women with artist status, celebrities, bank employees, flight attendants and other professional women to engage in online prostitution.

In addition to TA, it was also revealed that other women’s tariffs, such as women with the initials VA, had short duration tariffs of Rp. 4 million to Rp. 6 million. Then the woman with the initials AI with a short duration tariff of Rp. 10 million and a long duration of Rp. 20 million.

Just to note, this prostitution case was revealed after the police arrested the artist with the initials TA. TA was secured by the police while he was at a hotel in the Bandung area on Thursday (17/12). He is suspected of being involved in prostitution.

This case has been decided in court. The four perpetrators involved in the practice were sentenced to 6 months to 10 months in prison.

In its decision, the panel of judges said all four were found guilty in accordance with Article 45 paragraph (1) and article 27 paragraph (1) of Law No. 19 of 2016 on Amendments to Law No. 11 of 2008 on ITE and
Law Number 8 of 1981 concerning criminal law procedures.

“The defendants have been proven legally and convincingly together to commit a criminal act intentionally and without rights to have made accessible electronic information that has a content that violates decency,” said the judge in his verdict.

In his ruling, the judge sentenced the four defendants, among others, AH and RJ, with a sentence of 6 months in prison. Meanwhile, MR and VD were sentenced to 10 months in prison. The four were also fined Rp. 50 million, a subsidiary of one month in prison.
