Promoting a good work environment
Giving thanks” and “Recognizing colleagues” are part of our Decalogue of Good Labor Treatment, which is why, to motivate these actions, our Good Labor Practices Committee organized a special activity to surprise our officials.
“As an institution we have established the Day of Good Labor Treatment as a way to encourage collaboration between colleagues and the generation of a good work environment, through recreational activities that also allow us to recognize and reward our officials and officials” highlighted the Director of the Provincial Hospital of Ovalle, Dr. René Cevo.
For his part, Sebastián Araya, coordinator of the Good Labor Practices Committee, commented that “in this activity we spread our decalogue of good treatment that presents very simple actions, but of great importance. The idea is to show that if we all contribute with small gestures we can contribute to making our hospital a pleasant place to work”.
As rewarding and recognizing is also the objective of the Day of Good Labor Treatment, a raffle was organized where 610 civil servants registered, that is, 70% of the daily staff of the establishment, who participated for stays at Keo Hotel, tickets for the movies, boards, pizzas, Sportlife subscriptions and yoga mat.
“We are very grateful to Sportlife, Papa John’s Pizza, Ovalle Casino & Resort, Cinemark, Café Del Centro and Deportes Hanna Jarufe for the prizes they donated to us and which undoubtedly motivated our teams and generated a fun and meaningful moment to share” concluded the manager of the establishment.
