After carrying out the Hand Catch Operation (OTT) on Thursday (22/9/2022), KPK finally appointing the President of the Supreme Court (MA) Sudrajad Dimyati as suspected in the alleged bribery case before the Supreme Court.
Sudrajad Dimyati was named suspect along with 9 other people.
He is suspected of having accepted bribes in order to condition the cassation decision on criminal complaints and civil cases related to the activity of the savings and loan cooperative Intidana.
“Investigators have indicated up to 10 people as suspicious,” KPK President Firli Bahuri said during a press conference at KPK’s Red and White Building, South Jakarta on Friday (9/23/2022), as reported. Tribunnews.com.

The ten people consisted of 6 suspects who received bribes and 4 suspects who gave bribes.
Sudrajad Dimyati became a suspect for taking bribes along with 5 other people, namely Supreme Court Judge / Deputy Registrar, Elly Tri Pangestu; two officials of the Supreme Court Chancellery, Desy Yustria and Muhajir Habibie; and two Supreme Court officials, Redi and Albasri.
Meanwhile, the 4 suspects who gave bribes are two debtors of the Intidana Savings and Loan Cooperative, Heryanto Tanaka and Ivan Dwi Kusuma Sujanto; and two lawyers, Yosep Parera and Eko Suparno.
