Pattynama is one of three players who are undergoing the naturalization process to defend the Indonesian National Team (Timnas) besides Jordi Amat and Sandy Walsh. The last two names have already been in Indonesia.

PSSI said Pattynama would be in Jakarta next week to follow a series of naturalization processes. PSSI Secretary General Yunus Nusi explained that the naturalization process was directly escorted by the General Chairperson (Ketum) of PSSI, Mochamad Iriawan.
“Shayne (Pattynama) has confirmed that she will come to fulfill a series of agendas related to the naturalization process. At the direction of the General Chair, PSSI will again oversee this process until it is finished,” Yunus said as quoted from the PSSI official website, Thursday (26/5/2022).
During the naturalization process, Parttynam will get convenience from the government, in this case the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. He also hopes that the completeness of the documents to undergo the naturalization process can be fulfilled.
“The government through the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Ministry of Law and Human Rights are very helpful in all this process. Hopefully all the required documents can be fulfilled,” he explained.
While in Indonesia, Pattynama will carry out several activities such as a visit to the Dutch Embassy in Indonesia. In addition, the players who competed in Norway’s highest competition will conduct a closed interview with the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) and undergo a medical test.
