Professions to be invented… to build the world of tomorrow!

Since its creation in 2013, the Specialized Master in Operational Excellence at INSA Rennes offers a meeting and debates between a personality, students, managers and experienced entrepreneurs during the graduation of the Specialized Master.
Considering that it is also the role of education to raise awareness, to invite everyone, and in particular the students (our employees of tomorrow), to question our management systems, INSA Rennes invites all leaders and managers who wish to change their managerial and organizational practices to participate in this reflection around responsible performance.
Each year is a new step, an opportunity for inspiration for the participants who, through the lighting of a personality whose vision can be debated, are invited to shift their gaze and to open their field of possibilities to invent organizations. of tomorrow.
Since 2014, students and participants have been able to talk to Julia de Funes, Marc Halévy, Michel Munzenhuter, etc.

This year is Gunter Pauli which will challenge our representations of the professions of tomorrow.
Industrialist, founder of ZERI and father of the “Blue Economy” concept, Gunter Pauli is very committed to sustainable development. On October 7, he will approach the ecological challenge from a new angle, that of “Professions to be invented … to build the world of tomorrow!” “.

  • How to create and support initiatives within our organizations?
  • What management system should be implemented to make room for these initiatives?
  • How to associate experts and entrepreneurs (or intra-tenants) so that they dare to initiate and develop projects in which they deeply believe?
  • How to finance these builders of the virtuous world of tomorrow?

This graduation ceremony is part of a more global dynamic: it is associated with the annual event HumanEO (every 3rd Thursday in June since 2015. HumanEO is the contraction of “Human” and the initials “Operational Excellence” and also questions the place of Man in Operational Excellence (EO) over a day of participatory conference workshop.
Both deeply convinced that the economy can rely on another approach to performance, Frédéric Sorre (head of the Specialized Masters in Operational Excellence at INSA Rennes) and Xavier Médard (founder of Sense & co, a transformation support firm) have been combining their skills in training and support for the transformation of organizations since 2013 and lead a network of change agents through friendly and inspiring meetings that take place each year.

In collaboration with Sense & co, INSA Rennes invites you to participate in the end-of-year meeting of the Specialized Masters in Operational Excellence.

Thursday October 7, from 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., on the INSA Rennes campus, in the presence of Gunter Pauli, entrepreneur, speaker, professor, author of numerous books including “Blue Economy 2.0”.

A moment of inspiration to take an offbeat look at what our companies will be tomorrow, during a time of discussion and collective reflection between young graduates in Operational Excellence, managers and experienced leaders from all sectors.

This event will be the opportunity to graduate the 2021 promotion of the Specialized Master in Operational Excellence.
