Professional boxer Ducár lost to Billam Smith in London

Czech boxer Vasil Ducár lost in London to home team Chris Billam Smith 0: 3 in points and scored his fourth defeat in the 14th duel in the professional ring. The 31-year-old native of Znojmo was counted twice in the fight for the WBA Continental Title in the cross weight category, and after the final tenth round there was no doubt about his failure, despite his solid performance.

Ducár started actively and tried to push the favored opponent, who was twelve places ahead of him in the world ranking of the boxrec.com website, in the first round. But Billam Smith equalized and thirteen seconds before the end of the fourth round, the Czech boxer was counted for the first time. It happened to him for the second time at the beginning of the sixth round, which Ducár spent the whole time under the pressure of a 30-year-old Englishman.

In the eighth and tenth rounds, Ducár tried to attack, knowing that he would not win the points, but the home boxer expertly brought the match to a victorious end.

This is Ducar’s form in London. He is excited about the hotel and the conditions. Why?

Ducár lost to the professionals for the fourth time, always on the opponent’s ground. After a surprising win in September 2018, when he won the world title of the smaller WBF organization in Lille, he failed to score three times. In June 2019 in Johannesburg, he unsuccessfully fought with South African Kevin Lerena for the belt of the IBO World Champion. In November, he failed in the fight for the francophone title of the WBC organization in the cross-weight with the Frenchman Herv Lofidi, and last March in Kazan he was not enough for the Russian Alexei Yegorov.
