“Dismissed! After 21 years of work in Pirogov,” wrote Prof. Baltov.
The reason for the dismissal was that the new management of the hospital does not want and cannot work with him, the doctor told DarikNews.bg. The former director of the largest emergency hospital in Bulgaria said that today was his first working day after an absence due to health reasons. The surgeon performed two operations in the morning and was later called by his successor Ivan Poromanski, who told him that he could not and did not want to work with him.
