Princess Charlotte (4) melts hearts. After this year Christmas service in Sandringham the little princess steals the show from everyone. When she and her mommy Duchess Kate (37) greeted the waiting crowd in front of the church, the little royal fan James Heather (6) presented the princess with a bouquet of white roses. This after Kate asked him if the flowers were for Charlotte, his mother Nakita told “Mirror”. James was very excited and Charlotte impressed him, she adds.

He chose the roses based on his mom’s favorite flowers. Apparently the perfect choice because a delighted Princess Charlotte was so taken with the bouquet that she refused to hand it over to a clerk who offered to take her for her. When the courthouse reaches down to take the flowers, Princess Charlotte ponders whether to give her the flowers before shaking her head and turning back to the crowd. “What made it all the more heartfelt was that I watched her go and other people gave her flowers too. They were handed over to the employee, but James’ flowers simply didn’t let go, »enthuses Nakita. She held it in her hand all the time.

That wasn’t the only heart-warming scene in the Mini-Royal. Her older brother Prince George (6) encouraged Charlotte to hug a woman in a wheelchair. Gemma Clark (39), who is wheelchair-bound due to cerebral palsy, waited all morning to say hello. For Charlotte she had a small gift with her: an inflatable flamingo called Felicity. “But Charlotte can call him what she wants,” Clark said to “Mirror”. George hugged Clark, shortly after Charlotte also snuggled up to her.

Mami Kate is also a role model for the princess. When the Queen appeared for the service and got out of the car, Duchess Kate politely buckled. Although Charlotte shows her cheeky side every now and then, she is well behaved. Like her mom, she holds her coat and kinks in front of her great-grandmother.
