Prince Harry will pay for police protection when he is in his home country. TV profile Piers Morgan thinks he is rubbing salt in the Queen’s wounds.
–
Prince Harry goes to court to win the opportunity to pay for police protection for himself and his family when they are in the UK, his legal spokesmen say to CNN.
A decision by the British government today prevents him from doing so.
He wants to take the family on a visit from the United States, but claims he is prevented from coming home because it is too dangerous, says the Duke of Sussex in a statement conveyed via his spokespersons.
It has caused the British host Piers Morgan, known from “Good Morning, Britain”, to push himself over the keyboard.
– There are now three iron-cast truths in life: death, treasure and that Prince Harry behaves like a shameless, misguided and sadly justified hypocrite, Morgan writes in a comment in The Sun.
Think the timing is inappropriate
This is not the first time Piers Morgan has been choking on Meghan and Harry. In 2021, he stormed out of the TV studio of “Good Morning Britain” after a heated discussion about the royal couple and did not return to the program.
Morgan points out that Prince Harry has repeatedly caused drama in the English royal house, at times when Queen Elizabeth has been most vulnerable.
Such as the interview with Oprah Winfrey where Harry and Meghan reached out to the royal family just before Prince Phillips’ death.
– And now, as she (the queen, red) has begun to regain her composure after what must have been an incredibly difficult – but very necessary – decision to publicly humiliate her middle son Prince Andrew, after the heinous Epstein / Maxwell abuse scandal, Harry again sticks out his overprivileged, offended face to rub salt in her emotional wounds, Morgan writes.
