Prince Harry and his wife Megan Mark have launched a campaign calling for the eradication of hatred, distorted information and negation in the internet environment, making it a positive place to stay.
The royal couple took part in an online discussion hosted by The Queen’s Commonwealth Trust. It works to provide a positive digital platform especially for young people.
Harry pointed out in the discussion that people often join groups in online conversations that go against each other. Megana, on the other hand, stressed that especially now, during Covid-19, everyone’s mental and emotional well-being is perhaps more fragile than ever before, and people can feel very lonely not only in real life, but also in the Internet space.
Harry and Megan emphasized the need to take care of a healthy Internet environment, thinking about future generations and also about their own children.
The Royal Family is actively involved in various projects that are specifically related to mental health.
