Prevent HIV AIDS from Going to ‘Three Zero’ 2030 – KRJOGJA

KULONPROGO, KRJOGJA.com – The HIV / AIDS problem can only be resolved if the attitude of the government and other elements together with the community synergize steps towards the target of ‘three zero’ HIV AIDS 2030.

“Public knowledge and behavior to avoid HIV / AIDS in all sectors still needs to be improved,” said Kulonprogo Regional Secretariat Assistant for Governance and People’s Welfare, Jumanto SH when opening the talk show ‘I Dare to Be Healthy, Strengthen Collaboration, Increase Solidity’ Commemoration of the Day. AIDS was held by the local Health Office (Dinkes) in collaboration with the AIDS Prevention Commission (KPA) in the Adikarto Hall, Kulonprogo Regency Government Complex.

The talk show was attended by 50 participants, including the Head of Health Office, Dr. Sri Budi Utami, and Head of Puskesmas Temon II, Dr. Melly. Regency government, said Jumanto, welcomed the commemoration of AIDS Day. Moreover, currently in Kulonprogo there are still 291 cases of HIV / AIDS.

To people living with HIV / AIDS (PLWHA), don’t be pessimistic and remain optimistic, you have to be able to work, work in this pandemic, hopefully it can reduce the AIDS rate in Kulonprogo, “he said, Tuesday (2/12/2020).
