Biden, framed in the foreground, has a dirty chin in the initial phase of the live broadcast. The president does not notice and continues to speak. The camera cuts to Vice President Kamala Harris and when Biden returns to the screen his chin is clean. Thanks to an assistant, as shown by integral videos such as the one posted on Twitter by the RNC Research profile, managed by the Republican National Committee. Biden, during a break in his speech, receives a note from a collaborator: “Sir, there is something on your chin.” The president, with relative ease, cleans himself, checks and resumes speaking.
