Prague’s hyper-luxury villas for a billion are on sale. Architect Masák issues bonds worth 400 million crowns

A small piece of the French countryside just a short distance from the center of Prague or three hypermodern villas in Prague 6. Architect and developer Jakub Masák brings housing for the most demanding to our metropolis. Bond issues with a total value of CZK 400 million will also be used to implement these magnificent projects.

Above the Šárka Valley a Garden of dreams, are the names of two projects from Masák ‘s pen, which are to meet the needs of the most discerning residents. As with its previous projects, part of the implementation will be solved through the issue of bonds, thanks to which the company Masák & Partner Group has already received the amount of almost 220 million crowns for previous projects.

The fourth issue in a row will be in the total amount of 400 million crowns and will allow interested parties to invest from 10,000 crowns. It will be possible to buy the bonds until August next year, with the maturity being set for August 20, 2024. On this day, the investors will also be paid the total yield, while the company offers an annual rate of 6.5 percent.

Thanks to the issue of bonds, it was possible to implement, for example, a project in the past Šumava court in Železná Ruda, which is the first Czech low-energy wooden wooden building. However, Masák, which has been operating on the market since 1996, focuses mostly on monuments. In the past, for example, he participated in the reconstruction of buildings such as Prague Castle and Lednice Castle.

Villas for a billion

Realization of the latest project of hyper-luxury villas will require an investment of over one billion crowns. In the case of a project Above the Šárka Valley These are three luxury villas designed in the highest possible symbiosis with modern technologies and materials. In addition, a three-storey villa worth 350 million crowns will be built near the Šárka Valley, which should also offer a luxurious view of the wide surroundings thanks to the rich glazing of the facade.

The second project was named after orchards and lavender beds, in which five French-style villas will be set. Garden of dreams will require an investment of 750 million crowns, while the price of real estate should start at 150 million. Unusual living in the Drahanské Valley will offer luxurious interiors full of old beams, historic fireplaces and traditional materials.

But the surroundings will not be ordinary either. Residents will be able to enjoy a number of mature trees imported from different parts of Europe, water areas and riding stables. Project villas Garden of dreams should soon have their owners. Masák & Partner Group is now looking for a suitable real estate agency, whose task will be to offer villas that are unparalleled on the Czech real estate market.
