To overcome this, the man who was known as the emcee John Pantau this is just taking vitamins and cold medicine. Towards the evening, his body temperature often rises. A few days later, he developed symptoms of a dry cough.
Not only that, John Martin claimed to have experienced sleep disturbance. “The flu this time is suspicious, because it’s not strep throat, if you’re tired, your tonsils are usually swollen, this isn’t it. And if you don’t sleep well at night, you wake up restless,” he wrote
Until finally his sense of smell began to disappear. He couldn’t smell the perfume. Because he was suspicious of these symptoms, he finally immediately did a PCR swab test the next day. “On Monday PCR, no more antigens. And voila, POSITIVE with CT 15. Horaaay oyeaayyy Bebehhh,” he wrote.
This 39-year-old man is grateful for getting vaccination the first stage so that only mild symptoms. This is what makes John Martin continue to advise the public to immediately vaccinate. He also touched on those who do not believe in Covid-19. “For those who don’t believe in Covid-19, save it first, don’t believe it, or how will you die,” he wrote.
John Martin did not forget to remind to always use a double mask if forced out of the house. It also reminds his followers if experiencing symptoms like the one he experienced to immediately do so test swab. “Fever first, the next day you cough, the next day you get sore, the next day you run a cold. So those are the signs. These are symptoms of flu in installments, like a friend repaying a debt, but in installments like this, it’s very typical of Covid. Just go for an antigen!” he wrote.
On the sixth day of self-isolation, John Martin admitted that he was in better condition. The symptoms he still feels are a dry cough and a loss of sense of smell only. After consulting with the doctor, he was advised to take antiviral drugs, antibiotics, vitamin C, vitamin D, and cold medicines according to the symptoms experienced. “It’s better to have a doctor’s prescription, don’t buy it yourself. Because the antiviral and anti-biotic are classified as hard drugs and have side effects. Anyway, I also prepared mouthwash and nasal spray. Plus herbs,” he wrote.
