The Hamburg software house DAKOSY is increasing its commitment in the area of e-commerce. “We are pleased to be represented as a supporting member in the e-commerce association bevh from March 1st and will contribute our digitization competence to the corresponding committees,” explains DAKOSY board member Ulrich Wrage.
All the signals indicate that e-commerce retail will determine logistics even more in the future. The degree of automation of the logistics and customs processes in this industry is of particular importance in view of the high volumes and time-critical processing.
“For this, the industry needs reliable and integrated IT solutions and platforms. We are committed to the standardization of transport information across all transport carriers on an international basis and have extensive experience with neutral operator platforms, so-called cargo community systems. We would like to share this knowledge with the players in the e-commerce industry, ”reports Wrage.
Together with the subsidiary CargoSoft and long-term customers and partners, DAKOSY is continuously developing its standard solutions and individual modules for the e-commerce business. Wrage’s expectations of the cooperation: “With the new forum we want to be close to the needs of the industry, contribute our IT expertise and expand our network in this growth market.”
