Porsche’s first electric car, the Taycan, is a great success in Sørlandet and in Norway. Nearly 1,200 Norwegians have already been handed the car, which gives Porsche a historic sales record in Norway this year. For the first time, they are among the 20 best-selling car brands in this country. In Kristiansand, 40 new Porsche Taycan have been registered as of 23 August.

According to the plan, Porsche would follow it up fairly quickly with a larger and more practical version, called Cross Turismo, the website writes broom.no. This was to be a sort of station wagon version of the Taycan. But according to broom.no, this is postponed, and the reason is that Taycan is selling so well that they want to continue to focus on this model for some time to come. For a very long time, interested Porsche enthusiasts do not have to wait. According to broom.no, the boss of Porsche, Oliver Blume, promises that it will arrive early in 2021.
