JAKARTA – Porsche has finally made a refresh on their best-selling car, the Porsche Macan. The car whose name is taken from the name of the Tiger from Indonesia was finally dressed up to look fresher than the previous model.
Porsche’s new makeover actually goes beyond the meaning of refreshment. Because Porsche made many changes to the Porsche Macan. The changes are even so interesting that this new Porsche SUV is worth waiting for its arrival in Indonesia.

So, here are some new cosmetics that make the Porsche Macan even more adorable;
New Bumper and Grille
The most striking changes are the grille and bumper which are now made more solid and dark in color. If previously the Porsche Macan bumper and grille were made in three clusters and followed the color of the car body, now the bumper and grille are made more unified. Dark color gilding makes this car more fierce.
4 Hole Exhaust

Another easily identifiable design change is the new exhaust. If previously the Porsche Macan appeared with a silver dual exhaust, now the compact SUV comes with a dark 4-hole exhaust. The size is also larger than the exhaust of the previous model.
New Energy

Although still using the engine that was in the old model, the new Porsche Macan now has a new power of 261 horsepower. This power is 13 horsepower more than the previous Porsche Macan. Acceleration from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour is 0.3 seconds faster than the previous model. Other Porsche Macan variants also get a new power jack. The Porsche Macan S now has a new power of 375 horsepower thanks to the new 2.9-liter V6 engine. The Porsche Macan GTS has a new power of 434 horsepower thanks to the engine carried by the previous Porsche Macan Turbo. The bad news for this refreshed model is that Porsche is no longer releasing the Porsche Macan Turbo. Because the engine in the Porsche Macan Turbo has moved to the Porsche Macan GTS.

This time the Porsche Macan began to follow the interior style of the Porsche Cayenne, Porsche 911 and Porsche Panamera which did not have conventional buttons. This time, all information and entertainment systems in the car are accessed via a touch screen system.
New Steering Cross and Transmission Lever

The shift lever has also been redesigned to be shorter than before. Likewise with the steering bar which is now taken from the steering wheel of their legendary sports car Porsche 911. Unfortunately, the instrument cluster behind the steering wheel is still the same as the old model.
