Porsche driver intoxicated racing at 215 kilometers per hour over A7 at Leek | Inland

Police officers saw the man driving at high speed in a Porsche on the Midwolderweg in Leek. They gave chase and clocked speeds of over 215 kilometers per hour.

When they put the man, a novice driver, aside, they immediately smelled an alcoholic smell. A test showed that the man had drunk six times the permitted amount of alcohol.

Lost driver’s license

The driver could then hand in his driver’s license. He is also registered for the (compulsory) course on Educational Measure Alcohol and Traffic (EMA).

The driver and occupants were fined for violating the curfew.
