Iconic model and movie star from the turn of the 1970s to the 80s
The Porsche 928 that starred with Tom Cruise in the 1983 movie «Risky Business» («Risk Business» in the Portuguese title) is on sale.
The 1979 model made film history after choosing director Paul Brickman to be one of the stars of his film, likewise leading Tom Cruise to Hollywood stardom as the protagonist of this romantic comedy opposite Rebecca De Mornay.

The 1979 Porsche 928 from «Risky Business» is for sale at auction organized by Barrett-Jackson in all its iconic splendor and movie star.
In this story in which Joel Goodsen (Cruise) is alone at home when his parents are away for a trip, the 928 model created by Porsche is also one of the protagonists, as he is at the center of persecutions and various ‘conflicts’ in which the teenager gets into it including getting the car inside Lake Michigan.
In the Warner Bros. trailer. marking the 25th anniversary of the film, it is possible to recall a series of these adventures.
If seeing a Porsche 928 sinking into the lake chills your heart, those interested in the car can rest assured that this was not the model that ended up under water. The film had the participation of three 928 and this one can boast, as Barrett-Jackson recounts, not only for not getting wet but also for having been the one in which Cruise learned to drive with a manual gearbox – even bringing with him a collection of photographs from the shooting of the film.
