According to him, the missile attack on a shopping center in Kremenchug is just one of Putin’s many crimes against civilians. Putin is an international criminal who has no plans to limit his aggression to Ukraine.
“What happened in Kremenchug happens very often on the territory of Ukraine. Because Putin is not fighting against our Armed Forces or our soldiers. Putin is fighting against our children, our women, our elderly fellow citizens are being killed. Is there any difference, for example, with Osama bin Laden, if he blew up a shopping center – and killed civilians? Putin fired at this shopping center with high-precision cruise missiles,” Poroshenko said.
In his opinion, the whole world should understand what price Ukraine pays every week, every day and every hour of this war – the lives of our children, the lives of civilians and the lives of our heroes, our soldiers.
“This is a catastrophe for Ukraine, for Europe, for the whole world. But, unfortunately, the end of the war depends on only one person in this world, and this person is called Putin,” the politician adds.
