Sweden shoots a police officer for the first time in 14 years
The policeman was talking to several people when they started shooting at him. The police did not release details of the incident.

This is the first time in Sweden in 14 years that a police officer was attacked and killed in the line of duty.
The policeman was talking to several people when they started shooting at him. Together with a colleague, he rode a motorcycle in the Biskopsgarden area. However, he later died from his injuries.
The publication writes that several patrols arrived at the scene at 22:30 on Wednesday evening after reports from people who heard gunfire in the area. Police later said at a press conference that they could not share any information about the suspected perpetrator or the motives behind the shooting, as well as the alleged connection with criminal groups.
At the moment, an investigation is underway to find and arrest the suspect.
