The man was filmed in Soesterberg in early September when he ran after a girl of seven years old. The girl cycled home after playing with a girlfriend. The man approached her and asked if he could take a picture of her bare feet. The girl refused and quickly cycled home, where she told her parents what had happened.
Physical integrity
There is talk of ‘violation of physical integrity’. Because the police would like the man to report or be recognized, images are broadcast at RTV Utrecht. In the images the man has been made unrecognizable, because he does not commit any criminal offenses there. If the man does not report himself, the images will soon be shown recognizable.

Multiple notifications
The police have received several reports. Including from IJsselstein, Utrecht, Nieuwegein and Gorinchem. In some of the cases, the girls did indeed show their feet. It is not yet known whether it concerns the same suspect in all cases.
