Update – A Burgernet message was sent on Sunday around 9:45 PM. The public’s help is being sought in the search for a man in the fairgrounds.
The police are looking for a dark man dressed in a Northface jacket, light blue pants and dark shoes with white soles. It is striking that the man is completely wet.
