The Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation of the Polda Metro Jaya again raided an online loan office (pinjol). Raids this time the location is in the Pantai Indah Kapuk area (COCK) Penjaringan, North Jakarta.
“Yes, that’s right, I want to go there,” said the Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes E Zulpan when confirmed, Wednesday (26/1).
However, Zulpan has not explained in detail the chronology of the raid on the loan office in North Jakarta.
Zulpan also has not disclosed any information regarding whether any borrowed employees were also arrested during the raid.
“Later at the location, the details have not been conveyed yet,” said Zulpan.
It is known, in 2021, the Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya raided a number of illegal loan offices in the Jakarta area.
During the raid, the police also arrested a number of employees at the loan office. Some of them were even named as suspects.
