Police Form a Team to Find Mother Allegedly Tortured Child Full of Wounds in Depok

Daughter with the initials R (14) who is suspected of being a victim of his mother’s torture is still being treated at the KiSA Hospital in Depok. The police formed a team to investigate the case.

“Since last night we have formed a team and have carried out investigations in several places and are still being carried out until now,” Deputy Chief of Depok Police AKBP Eko Wahyu Fredian told reporters at the Depok Metro Police, Tuesday (7/2/2023).

In connection with the investigation of the case, said Eko, the Polres and Polsek are still continuing to search for the mother of the victim who is suspected of being the perpetrator. Eko said that since last night, his party had formed a special team to investigate the case.

“Then with regard to the investigation, until now the combined Polres and Polsek are still continuing to search for the victim’s parents, in this case his mother. Since last night we have formed a team and have carried out investigations in several places and are still being carried out to this day,” said eco.

Eko said that his party had visited several places to look for the victim’s mother. However, for further certainty, his party is still waiting for the team in the field.

“Several places have been visited. However, for certainty later we are still waiting for the team in the field,” explained Eko.

The police have examined the victim’s family, the head of RT 01/03 Depok Village who found the victim. Then, the KiSA Hospital in Depok City, which handled the victim for the first time, will be examined.

“The family has examined two people, then the head of RT 01 RW 03 in Depok Village who found the victim. Then, from the hospital today who examined this child when he arrived at the hospital that handled the first time, an examination will also be carried out,” said Eko.
