In March, the head of the Crimea Sergey Aksenov turned to the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs and the prosecutor’s office with a proposal to institute criminal proceedings on the first case of infection with a coronavirus from a person who violated the regime of self-isolation. The patient came to the medical center, where he infected an employee during a physical examination. It was established that 78 people were in contact with the infected.
According to the latest data, more than 32 thousand people have become infected with coronavirus in Russia. Over the last 24 hours, over four thousand cases of infection have been identified, most of all infected in Moscow. Since the start of the epidemic, 2,590 people have recovered.
