The fan draws on Rattata’s unique qualities and his simple, yet effective abilities. The path to beating Goku includes the following: the Comeback move, plus Quick Attack.
With the use of Comeback, the Pokémon can reduce the openente’s health to the same amount that Ratatta possesses. Then using the Focalnastro object, with which a Pokémon can resist a KO hit while running low on life, Ratatta would use the Comeback ability to leave Goku in terrible condition.
Then using Quick Attack, Rattata would hit Goku, ending the match in his favor, in what we must say is a very interesting thought, but it would only work if they fight in the field of Pokémon video games.
