Kecleon, Sylveon, and more are still missing from Pokémon GO – here’s the full list.
Despite not having an audience like it did when it launched five years ago, Pokémon GO is still one of the most popular games in the world.

Niantic’s AR success is constantly launching new Pokémon into the game, giving players something to aim for and keeping the game fresh.

Initially, after the release of the new generations, Niantic would drop most of the Pokémon in the game at once. Now, however, players are drip-fed to monsters for longer periods of time, to help build excitement for new events and so they don’t run out too quickly.

That means, however, that despite having six different generations of Pokémon in the game, there are still a large number missing. This includes popular Pokémon like Kecleon and Sylveon that have yet to debut in Pokémon GO. On that note, here are all the Pokémon that are still missing from the game.

When will we see Pokémon like Sylveon and Kecleon in Pokémon GO?

Now is the time to speculate! Kecleon was a big part of Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire, as was the weather. Although Kecleon is not specifically a weather-based Pokémon, we are entering “Weather Week” and I would love to see Kecleon released as part of this.

As for Pancham and Sylveon, they’ve been teased as part of the game’s new loading screen, along with Pokémon X’s main Legendary Xerneas. Since we are in the Season of Legends, I hope both Xerneas and Yveltal arrive soon.

There are still plenty of Pokémon to release for Gen 6 and I imagine players can look forward to most of them this year. Phantump / Trevenant and Pumpkaboo / Gourgeist are prime candidates for Halloween, Binacle / Barbaracle would be good for adventure week and more.
