XALIMANEWS-The Ministry of Health received, this Friday, August 14, 2020, the following virological examinations: Out of 926 tests carried out, 68 came back positive. These are 41 contact cases followed, 2 imported cases and 25 resulting from community transmission.
39 patients who were under treatment are declared cured, 48 serious cases admitted to intensive care. No additional deaths have been recorded to date.
To date, Senegal has 12,305 confirmed cases, including 7,767 cured, 256 dead, and therefore 4,281 patients under treatment.
