The incidence rate of acute diarrhea cases seen in general practice has been estimated at 289 cases per 100,000 population.
At the regional level, the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes is above this average because it has recorded 296 cases per 100,000 population, but the region is behind regions like Grand-Est (656 cases), Occitanie (411 cases) and Nouvelle-Aquitaine (402 cases).
